You all know what the Golden Rule is? . . . . No? Ah. Well, the Golden Rule is what Jesus once spoke of: "Do unto others as ye would have them do unto you," Matthew 7:12.
So, however you want others to act to you, act to them the same. They will meet you with kindness if you meet them with kindness. Love them, cheer them, care for them. They will "do the same unto you". . .most likely, at least. This will earn you friends, earn you liking, and if not that, respect. And don't just do it to the influential and powerful figures in the world you meet: Do it to everyone you meet. If you're Christian, you believe that there is a judgment seat; and at the judgment seat you're, well, judged. If you have done misdeeds and been rude to other people, you'll receive your reward.
Just a quick post! Hope it's not TOO religionist. . .FrostWolf, if it is, delete it, and I will post again on this without the religion.
Wow! So true! :3
ReplyDeleteAlthough I am a Christian, I don't really believe in Hell. I don't think anything someone had done on Earth could make them deserve eternity in Hell >.<
Hitler? XD
DeleteYes, I'm a Christian too, but I think the judgement thingy is more American... :p
Isn't there a judgement day or something? And you're just...asleep until then? O.O
Thanks! :D
ReplyDeleteHitler would probably deserve to go there. . .
